How does it work?
The steps to apply
FILL IN THE FORM WITH YOUR DETAILS: Enter your details and contact information.
ATTACH THE PDF (max 50MB) WITH THE CASE STUDIES: Send a PDF file with two clinical cases, each with four photos (one initial, two intermediate and one final). Under each photo, add a description of the clinical phase and your protocols.
RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL: The email will confirm that all data has been sent correctly.
EVALUATION & FEEDBACK: the team will review the material and contact you if your application is in line with the active programmes.
