We plan meetings with scientific rigour: selection of topics, mixed faculty and up-to-date materials. We promote clear working principles: minimal invasiveness, rigorous but simplified protocols, critical reading of reliable literature and a focus on the patient. The aim is to transfer content that is repeatable in the clinic, with attention to aesthetics, technique and communication.
Visibility paths and speaker pipelines
We create a structured path to bring out new voices: mentorship, content review, public speaking training, and editorial support. First Stage Opportunity offers a guided debut on stage to those who demonstrate preparation and participation in the community, with transparent criteria and measurable feedback for professional growth.
Community and social responsibility
The community is active all year round through events and social media channels, with a code of conduct based on respect and collaboration. During meetings (and online), we sell T-shirts and gadgets: 100% of the proceeds are donated to selected organisations. We will publish amounts, recipients and receipts to ensure transparency and involve our followers in the social impact.
